Returns & Exchange

Returns are applicable only if :

1. You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for
2. The product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect which has to be brought to our notice within 48 hours of the delivery.

If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, we will refund the amount to you in store credit after deducting the shipping charges. Store credit is valid for 6 months.

Alterations

Customised products purchased can not be returned or exchanged. They can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product with all original tags intact, at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration/restoration is raised with us over email at sales@shristichetani.in

If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.

Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged.

If eligible, you will have to notify us about returns within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Refunds

We will issue a refund only 

• Your product is eligible for return or exchange after the received product has undergone our quality check.

Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. Fabric7 holds the right to refuse any return if the product does not comply with the above.

Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-30 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once placed and confirmed by us, the order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above reasons apply.

Fabric7 holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account will vary according to your bank/geographical location.

Products purchased on sale can not be requested for cancellation.
